The hotel's gardens and pool were impressive and well maintained. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of room service. The staff tried their best to communicate with us despite language barriers, making us feel welcomed.

The distance from the hotel to the beach was miscommunicated and it was not accessible via foot, requiring us to take taxis. The breakfast was limited and lacked Western options.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of both Asian and Western options. The pool was clean and the perfect size. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.

The staff's English skills were subpar, which made communication challenging. The hotel lacked a bar and had limited options for drinks, which was a disappointment.

The resort is well-maintained with lovely views from the balcony and has a beautiful garden with a good-sized swimming pool. Room service is quite tasty, and the staff is wonderful, always willing to go out of their way to help. The hotel features a large breakfast buffet with both Western and Asian options.

My only minor issue at this hotel was the lack of Sauna facilities. Although the health club was impressive, with a range of facilities including a gym and spa, I was disappointed that no Sauna was available.

Beautiful garden, lovely swimming pool, clean and comfy rooms, wonderful staff, helpful Sales and Marketing manager.
